Delivery Time

The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.

All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-7 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. All shipments outside of Estonia are guaranteed to arrive within 10-40 calendar days. We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.

The delivery time is extended appropriately in the event of work stoppages, in particular strikes and lockouts, as well as circumstances for which we are not responsible, such as legal or official orders (e.g import and export restrictions, pandemics) or in cases of delivery delays due to force majeure.

The seller will dispatch or arrange for the dispatch of the artwork you have purchased after receiving notification of your order from Elimel Art. Packaging and pickup by delivery companies take 1-3 business days, depending on the day you placed your order. The goods are delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order by parcel using DPD or DHL.

Any risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the Goods, that is, as soon as the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods. Each shipped order will be accompanied by proof of purchase, as well as a replacement/ return form. If delivery of the artwork is delayed then we will contact you on behalf of the seller to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

Free shipping in Estonia. International free shipping over 350€.

International Delivery

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery arrives in its destination country. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the artwork is delivered. Neither Elimel Art nor the seller will be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Packaging

We care for our planet. The importance of packaging – is to meet consumer requirements for a smooth and seamless unboxing and returns process as well as reduce climate effect. We try to use raw or recycled raw products. By minimizing the production process, supply chain, and carbon footprint. Inner packaging is made from recycled wool and paper.

Ships From

Original paintings are shipped from Estonia. Prints and other smaller products ship from the closest location of the warehouse. Shipments from Estonia may experience delays due to the country’s regulations for exporting valuable artworks.
